Distributed System questions

I have been reviewing the WinCC OA v3.16 help documentation regarding distributed systems, I have read all the sub-sections of the Help-> Special functios-> Distributed systems chapter and I have the following questions:

Based on the attached topology



• What key elements Do I take in mind to define the hardware requirements of the redundant servers of the system1? It is not clear to me if I must keep in mind that system1 processes the DPs of system 2 + DPs of the system3.
• How is the license defined for each system?
• If the system2 and the system3 are from different networks, how should the network configuration be?, so, that the system1 can read and send commands to the other two systems ??

Concerning the question for the license please get in contact with you WinCC OA sales contact.
They can tell you which license you have to order for every system.
The distributed keyword must be set in any system involved in the distributed system.

For the connection between distributed systems the network/firewalls must allow a TCP connection using the port number for the Distribution Manager.

If a distributed system is used a server processes
-- data for the own system
-- data for a distributed system only if it is necessary, e.g. if a UI has made a dpConnect to a dp element for a distributed system

In your case server 1 will not process any data of system 2 and 3 automatically, this will be done only on demand for the selected subset of data.

I have another question:

Is winCC OA Video/(VimaCC) suite supprted by distributed systems??, if so, is it possible to watch camera streaming in two systems at the same time??
