Client UI Cannot connect to Server

HelIo,
I have a problem about the connection between remote client UI and OA server,V3.14 P019.
Everytime I start UI,always a connection error popup,the network is good(ping server),hosts file set,can copy files from from server to local disk,remote desktop works,new client project created normally, manager number is unique,system clock synchronized.
The log info of server side shows connection expired,did not receive any init message.
Total 11 remote UI, only 3 can work.
Please anyone give me some suggest, thanks.

Perhaps it is caused by a host name resolve issue. Check if the host names of the remote UI hosts can be resolved by the server(s) and try the 'general' config entry 'noReverseLookup = 1'.
