Hello
I need your help.
WinccOA on the secondary server is often restarted.
And I can see the message below.
WCCILevent (0), 2021.03.22 10:20:11.314, SYS, SEVERE, 54, Unexpected state, MsgQueueContainer, appendMsg, MSG Limit exceeded - Over the limit 100000 for more than 60 (msgQueueLimitTimeout) seconds for connection (SYS: 111 Event -num 0 CONN: 1)! Current queuesize: 105053719
What should i do?
MsgQueueContainer

Re: MsgQueueContainer
Only with this log message we cannot find the cause why the message queue container to the redundant Event Manager has exceeded the limit.
Do you get the log message only once or several times with decreasing/increasing numbers?
For the analysis you have to check the logs for the other server too to find a possible cause, e.g. an overload situation.
You can also check the resource usage (CPU, memory) on both servers. Maybe the constant system load is too high and therefore data cannot be processed.
To get more detailed information you can possibly get in contact with your common WinCC OA support or the company responsible for your project.
