3.12 Improvements

Just installed 3.12 and reading the release notes.. I noticed some nice improvement in this version, particularly impressed with the layout improvements of the PARA and Project Console. This means I can now scrap my custom versions of these panels that I had been using since 3.9, well done!

PS. The Apple app and QR codes are of course also really nice
