The patch WinCC_OA312_Windows_64Bit_P004.exe is not installing on Win8 and Server 2012.
The installation takes few minutes to launch setup and after that it is hanging in Computing space requirements step.
Any help on this is highly appreicable.

Does this happen on more than one PC? Were you able to successfully install the Patch on any of your PC's?
Did you install the Patch 3 before installing Patch 4 or is this the first patch you install?
How long have you waited before you closed the setup? It can take a fair amount of time to install a patch, depending on your installation type. To help us analyzing your problem, please start the .exe file. An MSP Patch will be extracted to you local temp folder.
Don't click anything on the Setup dialog and don't close it!
If you enter %TEMP% in the adress bar of your Windows Explorer, it will take you to your temp folder.
Sort the files with descending timestamp to find the copied patchfile.
Copy it to local directory since it will be deleted as soon as you close the setup dialog and rename it to Patch.msp.
Close the setup dialog now.
Open a windows command prompt
Go to the location where you've copied the file.
Install the msp with following command
Follow the Patch installation process and wait a while. If the patch installation does not respond within an hour, please contact our support (for details see http://www.etm.at/index.asp?id=9&sb1=27 ) and attach the Patch_install.log file you have created following the Steps above.

I ran into a similar Problem on Windows 7 64Bit.
But after letting the Installer "calculating the required Space" over night
the Patch was installed when i returned to the office.
The installer seemed to be hanging as no CPU was consumed or Data was read/written but in the end it worked. B)
