BACnet Error

Hello Support Team,

Currently we are facing some issues regarding BACnet driver. BACnet devices for VAV systems are not getting discovered in Wincc OA 3.12. We have tested the same on a BACnet discovery tool which is a freeware provided for BACnet discovery of devices and we are able to discover the devices. We are getting the following error messages while discovering in WinCC OA,

-- Unexpected state, BACnet Error: ReadPropertyMultiple Class=Services: Code=Timeout; Read property mul. resp for 1200--1--1--1

We are not able to interpret these messages. I am attaching a screenshot of the log viewer.

Can you please suggest us what could be the reason for these issues.
