Hello everyone,
I am trying to set up a sum alert gathering multiple DPE using the option "DP list" in the sum alert window configuration (I linked a screenshot of it).
My problem is I cannot activate the sum alert after having configured it. Logviewer returns this error :
86, Invalid value, recursion detected in sum alert System1:_mp_GTC_Systeme.Alarmes_Niveau.Alarmes_Montparnasse_Niveau.Alarmes_Montparnasse_Niveau_A.
use -dbg sumAlertCheck to get detailed informations.
It seems that happens because of the DPE names pattern. The different DPE are named MA1, MA2, MA3,... , MAn.
I cannot change the names of my DPEs unfortunately.
Do you have a solution to activate the sum alert or do you know another way to reach the same result ?
Thanks in advance.

Re: Sum alerts not activating
Hello,
when activating a summary aliert a check is made if a recursion is configured for the summary alerts. E.g. summary alert at dp element DPE-1 refers to the DPE-2 and the summary alert at the DPE-2 refers to DPE-1.
If a recursion is detected the _alert_hdl config cannot be activated.
